2026 QB Jared Curtis of Nashville, who has been sought by USC, decommitted from Georgia Thursday night. He committed to the Bulldogs in March. At that time, he also had strong interest in Alabama, Florida State, Ohio State, Tennessee and Texas A&M. He visited South Carolina for a junior day in January and was back for the LSU game earlier this month. After announcing his decommitment, Curtis informed On3 that some of the schools he was not considering were USC, Clemson, (Tigers not likely a factor at this point because they have two 2026 QBs committed), Southern Cal, Oregon, Ohio State, Alabama and Georgia. In seven games this season Curtis has thrown for 1624 yards with 18 touchdowns and three interceptions. For his career he has passed for 6459 yards with 70 touchdowns and 19 interceptions.
