#Gamecocks postgame following 47-6 win over Vanderbilt (AUDIO)

Spencer Rattler tossed three touchdowns in USC’s runaway victory (Chris Gillespie)

South Carolina put Vanderbilt away early, Saturday, building an insurmountable lead in the third quarter on the way to a 47-6 victory at Williams-Brice Stadium. The conditions weren’t ideal for offensive fireworks, but Spencer Rattler still managed to throw for 351 yards and three touchdowns. It was the Gamecocks defense, however, that truly shined through the rain clouds in Columbia, turning Vanderbilt over twice in the second half and holding the Commodores to 234 total yards.

Shane Beamer met with the media following South Carolina’s rout of Vanderbilt.
