USC target CB Jalewis Solomon of Ellaville, GA announced a decommitment from Auburn. He had committed to the Tigers in August over USC, Texas A&M, Florida State and Kentucky. He attended the USC spring game, took an official visit in June and returned for the cookout in late July.
USC Monday night sent out an offer to CB Quay’Sheed Scott (6-0 186) of Marion. Scott has been committed to Kentucky since July 4th. Recently, the Gamecocks ramped up their interest in him after reviewing some senior film. Scott visited USC for the Mississippi State game. He is scheduled for his official visit to Kentucky this weekend. At the time of his commitment, his favorites included Kentucky, Miami of Ohio, Appalachian State. Old Dominion and Georgia Southern. His cousin is Gamecock defensive tackle TJ Sanders.
2025 OT Jaylen Gilchrist of Virginia Beach plans to visit USC Saturday for the Florida game.
