USC was one of the 12 programs to make the cut with WR Zion Ragins of Gray, GA. The others on the list are Notre Dame, Western Kentucky, Florida State, Penn State, Oklahoma, Georgia, Colorado, Auburn, Tennessee, Miami and Cincinnati. Ragins visited USC for the Georgia game last season. Ragins also is a 100 meter champion in Georgia and has been clocked at 10.3.

WR Jonathan Paylor of Burlington, NC told 247Sports he has set two official visits, Clemson June 2nd and USC June 23rd. He also plans to visit Clemson unofficially March 11th for a spring practice. Paylor said earlier this month he has been favoring the Gamecocks.

USC offered TE Max LeBlanc (6-4 225) of Chattanooga. Earlier this month he name a top eight of Ohio State, Penn State, Duke, Tennessee, Michigan, Kentucky, Miami and Stanford.

USC offered 2025 OT Peyton Joseph (6-4 280) of Fort Valley, GA.

Clemson offered OT Jac’Qawn McRoy (6-8 345) of Pinson, AL. Earlier this month he named a top ten of Oregon, LSU, Tennessee, Auburn, Arkansas, Miami, Florida, Kentucky, Georgia and Ole Miss. He visited Auburn in late January.

Dillon OT Josiah Thompson has scheduled an official visit to Alabama for June 9th according to his coach Kelvin Roller. He’s also set to visit USC March 14th to watch a spring practice.

DT Kamarion Franklin plans a visit to #Gamecocks on March 17th according to Andrew Nemec of SBLiveSports. Franklin also will go to Florida State March 11th, Auburn March 13th, Miami March 25th, Texas A&M April 1st, Ohio State April 14th and Oregon on a date to be determined.

USC target CB Braydon Lee was offered by Miami.

Greenville High OT Julius Tate was offered by Penn. He’s also picked up recent offers from Coastal Carolina, James Madison and Old Dominion.

USC and Clemson target 6-4 Austin Swartz was offered by Mississippi State.
