Clemson DT Bryan Bresee has played his last game for the Tigers. Bresee announced on social media Monday afternoon he will forgo the rest of his college eligibility and enter the NFL Draft. Pro Football Focus ranks Bresee as the #2 defensive tackle prospect in the Draft behind Jalen Carter of Georgia.

Bresee played in 10 of Clemson’s 13 games this season, including the Orange Bowl loss to Tennessee. He missed time due to the death of his sister as well as a kidney issue. He played in only 4 games as a sophomore after suffering a torn ACL.

For his career, Bresee totaled 51 tackles with 15 tackles for loss and 9 sacks.

He’s the second Clemson defensive line starter to declare for the Draft. Defensive end Myles Murphy did so in mid-December and did not participate in bowl practice.

Still to make public pronouncements about their future plans are defensive tackle Tyler Davis and defensive end KJ Henry.
