Nate Wiggins and the Clemson defense held NC State to just 279 yards of total offense on Saturday (SIDELINE CAROLINA)

One week after giving up 45 points and nearly 450 yards of total offense to Wake Forest, the Clemson defense returned to form and flexed its muscles against NC State. In Saturday’s 30-20 victory over the Wolfpack, the Tigers allowed just 279 yards of total offense while forcing two turnovers. Meantime, D.J. Uiagalelei accounted for nearly three hundred yards of total offense with three touchdowns.

On Monday, Uiagalelei led the players’ contingent to recap the win over NC State and to look forward to this Saturday’s road trip to Boston College. The game is scheduled to kickoff at 7:30pm on ABC television. Coordinators (OC) Brandon Streeter and (DC) Wes Goodwin also gave their thoughts to the media on the current state of Clemson football.
