Dutch Fork WR Antonio Williams Friday announced a final six list of schools he is considering. Williams cut nine schools from his previous short list. He also has scheduled an official visit with a third SEC school, and he has changed his timeline for a commitment announcement.
The final six schools for Williams are USC, Ole Miss, Georgia, Florida State, Notre Dame and Auburn. Clemson was on his previous short list but the Tigers have not offered and thus did not make the cut. Williams did go to Charlotte last Saturday to watch the Georgia win over Clemson.
Williams previously scheduled official visits to USC for September 24th and Ole Miss October 22nd. His mother told Keith Niebuhr of 247Sports he will also take an official visit to Auburn for the Alabama game on November 27th.
Among the remaining schools on his list, Williams made unofficial visits in June to USC, Georgia, Auburn and Ole Miss.
As for his commitment timeline, Williams had been eyeing a date in late October, but his mother told Niebuhr that’s no longer the case and there is no set timeline now for a decision.
