
Clemson ended a six game losing streak Tuesday night with a 7-2 win over Georgia State at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. The Tigers scored a pair of runs in the 4th for a 3-1 lead, then scored four runs in the 6th, two on a homer by Bryce Teodosio. Jonathan French also homered for the Tigers in the 2nd.
Reliever Nick Hoffman picked up his second win of the season allowing 1 hit over 2 innings and striking out 2.
The Tigers are 6-8 and will open a weekend series at home against Virginia Tech Friday.
