CHESTNUT HILL, MA: Clemson (3-3, 2-2 ACC) shipped its Chapel Hill success to Boston. The Tigers scored on six consecutive drives, and didn’t look back the rest of the way, dominating Boston College (1-5, 0-4 ACC) 41-10, Saturday.
For the second straight game, the Tigers put up over 30 points in the first half, dominating inferior competition. Much like the result in Chapel Hill, the Tigers entered the locker room with a lopsided margin.
Clemson got the scoring started with a 46-yard Nolan Hauser field goal, and soon, the fireworks began. Adam Randall found the end zone for the sixth straight game to put the Tigers up 10, and kept up the pace during the rest of the first half. Soon after, Peter Woods rolled into the end zone to put the Tigers up 14 to open the second quarter, making that his fourth successful rush on the season. Cade Klubnik kept the party rolling, leading Clemson down for another lengthy drive, which resulted in a six-yard rushing touchdown.
On a night where everyone on the offense had a big moment, the defense felt a need to get involved. Boston College was driving the length of the field to cut into Clemson’s two-score lead, but Sammy Brown had different plans. Brown created havoc inside the Eagles’ pocket, and forced the Tigers’ first turnover since Troy, putting Klubnik in a prime position for another big score. That came in the form of Bryant Wesco, who made an athletic grab in the end zone for a 38-yard score.
Klubnik went 22-30 for 280 yards and two total touchdowns before exiting the game in the second half due to injury. Wesco led the team 106 yards, while Antonio Williams produced a team-high seven catches. Brown logged a team-high seven tackles.
Clemson is back to .500, going undefeated on its two-game road trip. The Tigers will travel back to Death Valley for a matchup with SMU (4-2, 2-0 ACC) at 3:30 p.m., Saturday.

BC and UNC are two of the worst teams in college football. The only chance either has for another win is if they play each other. Nice win but hardly suggests Clemson is on their way back. And if Dabo doesn’t hit the portal for a qb next year, its gonna get worse
