Clemson receivers coach Tyler Grisham is reshaping his room for the future. Tuesday at Noon, TJ Moore of Tampa announced his commitment to the Tigers, and later in the day Bryant Wesco (6-2 180) of Midlothian, TX ran the same pattern and broke it off with his commitment announcement to Clemson. Both receivers were at Clemson last weekend on official visits.
Wesco had narrowed his decision to Clemson, LSU, Nebraska, Arkansas, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and TCU. New Clemson offensive coordinator Garrett Riley had known Wesco from his time at TCU and that, of course, carried over to his time now at Clemson.
Wesco visited Clemson for the first time in March for a spring practice. He also made spring visits to TCU and Oklahoma. Last month he made an official visit to Southern Cal. He also had official visits scheduled this month with LSU, TCU and Tennessee.
Last season Wesco caught 58 passes for 1160 yards and 14 touchdowns. He gives Clemson 11 commitments for the 2024 class.
