6-8 Wofford transfer BJ Mack Tuesday announced a top ten list. USC is in the group. Gamecocks head coach Lamont Paris has made a concerted effort to lure the All-Southern Conference performer to Columbia. He’s made two visits to see Mack at his home in Charlotte since he entered the Transfer Portal. The other nine programs on the list are LSU, Florida, Arkansas, Iowa, Butler, Xavier, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt and Michigan.
USC showing interest in Temple transfer 6-10 Jamille Reynolds according to Stockrisers.
6-5 Damian Dunn of Temple is transferring and USC may have some interest. He averaged 15 points and 4 rebounds per game this season. He’s a native of Kingston, NC.
Charleston Southern 6-6 Tyeree Bryan is transferring.
College of Charleston forward and Columbia native Raekwon Horton is transferring.
Florida forward and Sumter native CJ Felder is transferring.
WR Gavin Samson, brother of USC WR Landon Samson, is living in Columbia and is in the process of submitting his application to USC so he can enroll in the fall and join the team as a walk-on. Gavin Samson has been in the military and is now ready to resume his college football career. He played one season at Harding University in Arkansas after graduating from high school, then joined the military. Gavin Samson, according to his father, currently is rehabbing from hip surgery to repair some damage from his miliary days.
2025 OT Jaylen Gilchrist of Salem, VA plans to visit USC Thursday.
2026 ATH Aaron Gregory of Augusta plans to visit USC March 28th.
