WR Daidren Zipperer of Lakeland, FL is set to announce his college commitment Saturday night at 7:00 PM. He has had a short list of USC, Pitt, USF, UCF and BYU. He made June official visits to UCF and Pitt and unofficial visits to USC and BYU. Zipperer said he’s been hearing from USC recruiter Torian Gray and still has them on the list. He feels like BYU has been contacting him the most. His only visit this season was to USF. As of Wednesday night, Zipperer said he had not made his decision. Zipperer said Gray has been selling him on the environment at USC and the chance to play SEC football.
DE Tyree Weathersby of Douglasville, GA remains a Tennessee commitment. He did not visit anywhere last weekend after being mentioned as a possible visitor to USC, but he said something came up within the family. He plans to be at Tennessee for the Alabama game. He took his official to Tennessee in June. Weathersby said the Gamecocks keep in touch, about once a week. He’s hearing from Shane Beamer and Jimmy Lindsey. He camped at USC and got a look at thinks, and he wants to return for an official visit with a date to be determined. He said things with Tennessee remain the same and he’s strong with them. Other schools in touch with him include Mississippi State and Georgia.
USC offered 2023 LB Arion Carter (6-1 210) of Smyrna, TN. He has been committed to Memphis. He has also picked up offers from Ole Miss, Oregon, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Southern Cal, Alabama and Auburn, all within the last week. He visited Alabama last Saturday. Some other offers are Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Tennessee Tech, Charlotte, Arkansas State and Lehigh. Carter also plays running back and this season he’s rushed for 372 yards and 10 touchdowns. Last season he rushed for 962 yards and 16 touchdowns. On defense the has 29 tackles, 3 sacks and 3 pass deflections. Last season he had
USC offered 2023 CB Tyler Scott (6-2 185) of Mableton, GA. He’s been committed to Arkansas State. He also has offers from Auburn, Vanderbilt, Missouri, UCF, Mississippi State, ODU, Georgia Tech, Liberty and Buffalo. He visited Auburn last weekend.
USC commitment OT Isaiah Jatta of Snow JC, UT is scheduled for his official visit this weekend. Other schools, in particular Auburn, have been making a play for Jatta, but he’s been holding with the Gamecocks.
USC target DE/TE Nyck Harbor of Washington, DC will take his official visit to Michigan this weekend, and Clemson target DT Kayden McDonald of Suwanee, GA is scheduled for an official visit to Ohio State.
USC 2024 CB commitment Karson Hobbs plans to visit for the Charlotte game. He visited Notre Dame last weekend and the Irish offered him and are likely to become a factor moving forward.

2024 CB Tavoy Feagin of Tamps plans to visit Clemson October 1st for the NC State game.
2024 OT Blake Frank of Greenville plans to visit Ole Miss Saturday. He is going to Clemson October 1st and Alabama on the 8th. Last weekend he watched his brother play for Norfolk State.
2024 Greenville WR Mazeo Bennett plans to visit Tennessee Saturday.
Midland Valley RB Traveon Dunbar plans to visit Florida State this weekend.
2024 WR Brandon Rehmann of Philadelphia made a visit to USC last Saturday.
2024 6-4 Cam Scott of Lexington has set an official visit to Auburn for November 11th per Lou Bezjak of The State. He will go to Florida State officially October 1st, Tennessee unofficially October 15th and USC officially October 22nd. A Clemson coach was in to see him Wednesday and a Tennessee coach is expected on Friday.
6-11 Jordan Butler of Christ Church has scheduled his official visit to Florida State for October 1st according to Jamie Shaw of On3. He has taken officials to USC and Missouri.
2024 MIF Briggs Sullivan of Oceanside Collegiate committed to Clemson.
2024 3B Ethan Wagner of Aurora, IL committed to USC.
