#Clemson breaks out the bats to clinch series vs Boston College (VIDEO)

Clemson claimed its ACC opening series with a 12-5 win over Boston College Saturday afternoon at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. The Tigers have a 2-0 lead in the series and will go for the sweep Sunday. Bryar Hawkins and Chad Fairey homered for the Tigers who banged out 14 hits. Fairey, Elijah Henderson and Bo Majkowski each drove in three. Davis Sharpe started and pitched 4 innings. Carter Raffield followed for 2.2 innings and earned the win. Nick Hoffman finished up. The Tigers are now 11-2 overall and 2-0 in the ACC.
