On Tuesday, USC head coach Shane Beamer met with the media for the first time since his team’s scrimmage on Saturday. However, as is often the case during preseason camp, the health of the team is the highest priority.
The biggest injury news thus far came Sunday evening when the Gamecocks announced that wide receivers Jayden Sellers and Jayden Gibson would miss the season after suffering lower-body injuries last week. Beamer ran through the entire USC medical report while updating the progress of his team during Tuesday’s media availability.
