Florida State head coach Willie Taggart spoke to us as part of the ACC Kickoff in Charlotte, Wednesday. Taggart’s Seminoles scuffled to a 5-7 record in 2018 but he expects improvement as his offense has had a second offseason to acclimate to the Gulf Coast Offense.
