South Carolina freshman tight end Caden Ramsey displayed his speed in practice last week, as he was named by Shane Beamer as the offense scout team player of the week after the Kent State game. Monday morning, Ramsey displayed another kind of speed.

The product of Cross High School was arrested in Berkeley County on a charge of racing on a public road and booked into the county jail around 4:00 AM.
According to the Post and Courier, Ramsey has a bond hearing for later this afternoon and a court date of November 13th.
A USC spokesperson told the P&C they were aware of the arrest and would have no further comment.
Rasmey played six snaps in the win over Kent State on Saturday.
