Quarterback John Mateer: Passed for 2900 yards and 14 touchdowns last season, and rushed for 431 yards and eight touchdowns, despite suffering a broken hand and a thumb injury in the fourth week that forced him to miss one start.

Running Back Tony Blaylock: Team’s leading rusher last season with 480 yards and four touchdowns.

Defensive Tackle David Stone: Highly recruited out of high school, anchors the defensive front, and had 42 tackles with 6.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks last season.
