A commitment alert from South Carolina coach Shane Beamer went out on Saturday afternoon. Four targets have commitment dates in the next six days…LB Jackson Ross on Sunday, CB Josh Dobson on Wednesday, SAF Davion Jones on Thursday, and OL Nate Carson on Friday. There are two Beamer commitment alerts that have not yet been accounted for.
Jackson said his announcement will take place around 6:00 PM.
Wake Forest free agent OF Luke Costello has committed to South Carolina, where he will join his brother, catcher Andrew Costello. Costello made his announcement on his Instagram page. This season, he hit .302 with 17 homers and 62 RBIs. He’s the 18th free agent/junior college acquisition for the Gamecocks and the fourth from the Wake Forest program.
SAF Seth Williams of Atlanta, who was going to announce for Clemson or Georgia on July 3rd, has decided to hold off for a while. Williams, a former Clemson commitment, posted about his change of plans on his X account:

Hammond LB Jackson Ross is set to announce his commitment on Sunday during a gathering of family and friends at a downtown Columbia sports bar. Ross made his decision from a final three of South Carolina, Vanderbilt and Texas Tech.
Byrnes RB Jacobi Fuller committed to ETSU.
Rock Hill DB Myles Brooks and DB Kaiden Watkins committed to James Madison.
