STRecruiting Notebook 1-26: More South Carolina targets have lined up official visits with the Gamecocks; More offers extended by USC; Notables attended the Florida junior day over the weekend

Byrnes RB Tre Segarra announced on Sunday his first two scheduled official visits. He is set to see Tennessee on June 12th and South Carolina in June 19th. Clemson has also been strongly involved and is expected to land an official visit as well. Clemson coaches were in to see Segara on Friday.

South Carolina target WR Iveon Lewis of Richmond, who has set an official visit with the Gamecocks for May 1st. has also set one with Virginia Tech for May 29th. He also plans to set a visit with Florida State.

SAF Kennedy Greene of Douglasville, GA has set an official visit to USC for May 1st per Hale McGranahan of TheBigSpur.

South Carolina offered RB Javaris Warner (5-10 190) of LaGrange, GA. He committed to Cincinnati in October. He also has offers from Duke, Wake Forest, USF, UConn, Coastal Carolina, Vanderbilt and others. Last season, he had 990 rushing yards with eight touchdowns. As a freshman, he rushed for 816 yards and nine touchdowns.

South Carolina offered DB/WR Walter Maestra Jr. (6-3 170) of Sharpsburg, GA. He also has offers from Louisville, North Carolina, West Virginia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Florida, Wake Forest, USF, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Texas A&M, Miami, Southern Cal and Indiana. As a receiver last season, Maestra had 24 catches for 356 yards and six touchdowns. On defense, he had 26 tackles with four interceptions and two pass deflections.

South Carolina offered 2028 RB Zachary Belyeu (5-11 213) of Kennesaw, GA. Belyeu is being heavily recruited with other offers that include Ohio State, Oregon, Duke, Kansas State, Georgia Tech, NC State, Penn State, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Miami, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, Maryland, Kansas, Louisville, Auburn and others. As a sophomore, Belyeu had over 1500 all-purpose yards and 27 touchdowns.

South Carolina offered 2029 RB Karter Lumpkin (5-10 180) of Newton, GA. He also has offers from Florida, North Carolina, Auburn and Georgia. His father played running back for the Bulldogs.

OL Elijah Morrison (6-4 305) of Dacula, VA was visited by Clemson OL coach Matt Luke over the weekend.

Clemson DE coach Chris Rumph made a visit with DE Anthony Sweeney of Olney, MD on Friday.

South Carolina OL coach Randy Clements visited OL Brady Hull on Friday.

South Carolina coaches on Friday visited with WR Jaiden Kelly-Murray of Oceanside Collegiate, formerly of Summerville.

South Carolina and Clemson target RB Andrew Beard visited Florida over the weekend.

South Carolina and Clemson target OL Max Hiller was at the Florida junior day over the weekend.

Also at the Florida junior day were USC target LB AJ Randle of Raleigh, Bluffton WR Amnare Patterson, who is expecting a visit this week from USC receivers coach Mike Furrey, and USC and Clemson target Jayden Aparaicio-Bailey.

Late last week. Clemson OL coach Matt Luke visited OL Shavezz Dixon (6-4 335) of Leesburg, GA.

North Carolina offered OL Ty Johnson of Lucy Beckham.
