The Palmetto Pigskin Tour cranked back up Monday night with Presbyterian College the focus. The Blue Hose have a new coach in Steve Englehart and a new attitude. It’s pure, tactical football following a season of gimmicks under coach Kevin Kelley. There will be punting. There won’t be regular onside kick attempts. And fourth down strategy will be more in line with the norm. The Blue Hose open their season September 3rd at Austin Peay.
