
Clemson bounced back from its first loss of the season by dominating Radford on both ends of the floor in a 79-51 victory at Littlejohn Coliseum, Thursday. The Tigers held Radford to 32% shooting in the first half while building a commanding early advantage.
Chauncey Wiggins scored 10 of his game-high 16 points in the opening half before Dillon Hunter (15 points) took the baton and led the Tigers with 10 points after the break. Clemson limited the Highlanders to 31% from the field and 20% from the 3-point line. Ian Schieffelin just missed a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds.
Clemson (4-1) will next be in action against San Francisco at the Sunshine Slam in Daytona, Fla. The Tigers will tip off against the Dons in the first round of the tournament at 6:30 p.m., Monday.
