• Confirmed freshman DB Polo Anderson tore his ACL in practice Friday and will miss the season. Also, linebacker Joseph Roberto tore his ACL and is out for the season.
• Last two days have been the toughest practices they have had at Clemson in a long time; the heat had something to do with that, but players have been working hard.
• DT Vic Burley remains out of practice.
• Davidson broke a 60 harder but was called back due to holding downfield on Wesco; Jarvis Green looked real good; Jay Haynes was out today.
• He could go all the way to the opening game before deciding on a starting QB; the competition remains hot.
