STRecruiting Notebook 3-24: Clemson offers wide receiver, and welcomes more visitors to spring practice Monday

Clemson Monday offered WR Deshawn Hall of Prattville, AL, while he was in to watch the Tigers in their spring practice. That was his first spring visit. He will be at Florida on Tuesday, Tennessee on Thursday, and Alabama on Friday. He has Auburn set for March 31st, Penn State for April 2nd, Michigan April 4th, Ohio Stat April 5th and Georgia April 18th. Hall has also set official visits with Clemson for May 29th, and followed the next three weeks by Penn State, Auburn and Tennessee. Last season, Hall caught 40 passes for 660 yards and five touchdowns.

Confirmed visitors to Clemson for practice on Monday included:

  • DE Jaiden Bryant and OT Nate Carson of Irmo, and the Yellow Jackets visited the Tigers en masse. Others from Irmo included DB Collin Geiger (5-10 175),
  • WR Austin Coles (6-4 205) of Fort Lauderdale
  • ATH Logan Steele (5-11 173) of Logan Township, PA
  • 2028 LB Phillip Savage (6-3 205) of Powdersville
  • 2028 QB Brysen Hall (6-0 193) of Wadsworth, OH

P/PK Michael Gallaway (6-4 190) of Bradenton, FL visited Clemson on Sunday. Kohl’s Kicking ranks him #1 punter and #3 kicker nationally.

2029 RB Rasean Brown of South Pointe made a recent visit to Clemson.

2029 WR Chase Wimpey of Easley plans to visit Clemson Saturday for the spring game.

OC Tyler Pond (6-1 295) of Marietta, GA was invited by Clemson to the spring game on Saturday.

RHP Jaxon Drennen of Potomac State committed to Coastal Carolina.

Switch-hitting SS Colin Guerra of Chipola JC, FL committed to Clemson.
