

Weather permitting, Clemson and South Carolina will open their annual three-game baseball series Friday night at Founders Park in Columbia. Game two is scheduled for Segra Park in Columbia Saturday afternoon. Game three will be played at Clemson’s Doug Kingsmore Stadium.
The series returns to the national level this season. Both teams are ranked in all the polls. Clemson will come in with a 7-1 record while the Gamecocks are 8-1
Clemson leads the all-time series 186-145-2 The Gamecocks won the last two games of last year’s series and snapped a five-game losing streak to the Tigers in the process.
