State all-star football coaches for 2021 announced

The Touchstone Energy Bowl North/South Game is one for this December in Myrtle Beach

There were no postseason high all-star football games in South Carolina in 2029 due to Covid. Both the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl North-South Game in Myrtle Beach and the Shrine Bowl in Spartanburg were put on ice for a year over concerns about the pandemic. However, plans are being made for both games to be played in December of 2021, and Wednesday the coaching staffs for both games were announced.

North/South Football Coaches 2021

North:

  • Michael Allen – Nation Ford – 5A
  • Bradley Adams – Woodruff – 3A
  • Kyle Stewart – Powdersville – 3A
  • Will Mitchell – Lewisville – 1A
  • David Pierce – Northwestern – Assistant Coach
  • Bill Bacon – Lugoff-Elgin – Assistant Coach

South:
