Offensive coordinator Tony Elliott and key offensive players running back Travis Etienne, center Sean Pollard and guard Gage Cervenka met with the media following practice, Friday.

Coach Elliott, in laying out his expectations for the Saturday scrimmage, zeroed in on the mental aspects of the game and wants to see his charges “focus, intensity and a passion to execute.”

Both Coach Elliott and starter Travis Etienne expressed excitement over freshmen running backs Chez Mellusi and Michel Dukes.
