Friday marked the 8th anniversary of USC’s 2nd of back to back national championship wins in the College World Series. The Gamecocks swept Florida in the championship series winning the opener 2-1 in 11 innings and the clincher 5-2. Second baseman Scott Wingo was a key member of the Gamecocks’ two title teams and he joined us on SportsTalk Friday night to reminisce about the greatest period in Gamecock baseball history.
