• Gives LSU all the credit, better team and better coached, know they are better than what they showed, going to work to get better and win this week’s game. Hope to get better this week and stay together.
• Got to flush last night and move on, learn from it and grow from it, had some chances early, momentum got away from them, got to find a way to get back on track, focus on what they can control.
• Big goal for them this year is to get back on track and winning at home and it starts this week; there were some good things in the game and there are some things they can coach their players on.
• Markus Strong is going to be out for awhile and that’s a tough loss for them.
• Too many mistakes on offense, behind the chains, just couldn’t put it together.
• It was an embarrassing performance on the offensive side but give credit to LSU for what they did, they earned it.
• They needed to go play and now they have some stuff on tape they can coach off of , got behind the chains, bad penalties, lots to improve on, that will be the focus.
• Morris has a good feel on the quarterbacks, will keep their plans in-house, did not go as they anticipated last night, they’ll get better.
• They didn’t do a good job at setting the age and that allowed Leavitt to run free, and when they had him, they missed the tackle.
• Everything is on the coaching staff for how they played last night, players played hard, it’s their job to take what they’ve seen and improve the team with the little things, they can learn off of this tape and it’s their job as coaches to make sure that’s done.
