The Clemson Tigers arrived in New Orleans with an assembled “bayou-brass fanfare” at Louis Armstrong International Airport on Wednesday.
The Tigers practiced earlier Wednesday morning on campus, as Dabo Swinney said they wanted to simulate a Monday practice to start their Alabama game week.
Clemson will practice the rest of the week at Tulane Stadium, and Swinney said a lot of the itinerary mirrors the two previous trips to the Sugar Bowl, right down to staying in the same hotel.
Alabama will practice at the SuperDome game site, but the Tigers will have the opportunity to do a walk-through before Monday night’s game.
After landing, Dabo Swinney and a couple of players spoke with the media:
QB Kelly Bryant
DT Christian Wilkins
