OL Jackson Carman of Fairfield, OH will take his final two official visits to Clemson and Southern Cal in December. He made an official visit to Ohio State earlier this month. Carman disclosed his plans to David Hood of TigerNet in an interview following his game Friday night. Carman will make his choice from the Tigers, Trojans and Buckeyes.
In the exclusive interview with Hood Friday night, Carman said he does not have a favorite among the three and will give each equal consideration. He also gave his thoughts on what has made Clemson one of his three finalists.
“Dabo Swinney and Coach Caldwell have been tearing it up down there, the reigning national champs.” Carman said. “The recruiting class, this class, they’ve got some really good players. They’ve got a really talented class and it would be a great class to be a part of and we will make history. I didn’t really know much about Clemson when they first offered me, but after seeing how they performed the past couple of years and getting down there and interacting with the coaches, it’s a great program. Coach Dabo is a great guy and all of the players are really accepting. It was a good experience when I was down there, really comfortable.”
Carman will not be at Clemson’s game at Louisville Saturday night and he said he wanted to take his official visit in December so that the coaches will be able to focus on his visit.
