All of USC’s basketball signee are on campus for summer school except for 6-7 Ibrahim Doumbia of Mali who attended high school in Miami. USC coach Frank Martin said Monday night Doumbia’s transcript remains in the hands of the NCAA Clearinghouse and he believes he eventually will be approved. “We’re optimistic there, we’re just waiting for all the normal things to process the way they need to be processed. They had to do some extra work on some stuff and doing their due diligence. He didn’t graduate from high school until the middle of June, so they don’t start all this stuff that they do until the young people have graduated. We had to wait until the middle of June for them to start their process, so we couldn’t get him in for the second summer (school session).”
USC offered 6-9 Manny Bates of Fayetteville, NC. He also has a Clemson offer and has picked up recent offers from NC State, Xavier, Georgetown and Louisville.

I am really hoping for that USC offer.” He also is hearing from Clemson, Duke, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Georgia State, Wake Forest, Coastal Carolina, Northwestern and Charlotte. Last season Galloway had 39 tackles with 3 sacks.
USC offered 2019 OL Jackson Lampley of Nashville.
2019 RHP Trey Tujetsch of Charlotte committed to USC. He also drew recruiting interest from LSU, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston, Virginia, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest. PerfectGame had this scouting report on Tujetsch from an outing earlier this month: “The North Carolina native worked pretty effectively for most of the game and showed a lively arm with three pitches that he could command for strikes. Tujetsch showed all three pitches early on and showed quality pitchability to be able to mix speeds and locations to keep hitters off balance. He threw from a compact, mostly clean arm action that had some arm speed to it as well. The fastball worked 87-90 mph early on and settled into the 86-88 mph range throughout the start. The most impressive secondary pitch he threw was his hard changeup at around 80-82 mph. The pitch was thrown with almost the same arm speed as the fastball and was very effective at garnering swings and misses as the pitch just fell off the table. The slider was short but had late bite in the upper-70s that got some whiffs within the strike zone.”
