RB Lynn-J Dixon of Butler, GA recently trimmed his list to Clemson, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia Tech, Ole Miss, Florida, Oklahoma State, Michigan State, Louisville, Texas, Notre Dame and Auburn. Clemson has not yet offered but that hasn’t damaged the Tiger’s chances at this point. Dixon has a clear picture about what Clemson is doing at running back.
“They are telling me Zamire White is their first guy but they always are coming down to their second guy,” Dixon said. “I’m sticking with the process so later on I can get an offer from them. They talk to me every day. An offer would really do something to my thinking. They’ve been with me for a long time and I’ve been waiting on an offer from them for a long time.”
Dixon said from his shortened list the schools showing the greatest interest are Clemson, Tennessee, Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech and Florida and they are at the top of his list at this point. He does not have a leader at this point and is looking at July for making his decision.
Last season Dixon rushed for nearly 2000 yards and 35 touchdowns.
