Shrine Bowl DL Eurndraus Bryant of Fort Dorchester is up in the air about a decision and now that word is out that he will qualify, his coach says he is hearing from everyone. Coach Steve LaPrad says schools who are losing commitments are calling at the 11th hour to see if they can get in on the 330 pound tackle.
But it appears to be a little too late for most.
LaPrad said Bryant is down to NC State and Georgia Southern. He also had East Carolina and Wake Forest on his short list. He also took an official visit to Georgia but the Bulldogs are out.
Last weekend Bryant took an official visit to Georgia Southern. On Sunday he made an unofficial visit to NC State.
LaPrad said a decision could come down tonight or in the morning.
Last season Bryant had 65 tackles with 19.5 for loss and 4.5 sacks. He was one of the more impressive defensive linemen for South Carolina during Shrine Bowl practice. In the game he had 6 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, caused a fumble and recovered it.
