DB Juwuan Briscoe, of Waldorf, MD committed to Clemson last May. But Wednesday night Briscoe announced on Twitter that he was decommitting from the Tigers and moving on.
‘I thank everyone for all the love but I’m officially decommitting from Clemson University,” Briscoe wrote. “I am truly grateful for the opportunity Clemson University fans, coaching staff, especially Coach Swinney have granted me. With the support of my family, I have decided to decommit from Clemson.”
Briscoe took a recent visit to Ohio State and the Buckeyes have been coming after him. He’s also landed recent offers from Penn State and Oklahoma. And USC has also been showing some increased interest.
Among the visitors to Clemson this Saturday will be PK Alex Barbir of Cumming, GA. He’s been to Clemson previously this season. Vanderbilt and Liberty have also been showing interest.
Barbir has field goals of 56 and 52 yards this season.
