DB Jeremy McDuffie of Snellville, GA has a reconfigured top four. Florida is now is number one team followed in order by Duke, USC and Tennessee. McDuffie said the order is based on the visits he’s taken to this point so it is subject to change.
“It was a great visit when I went down there (Florida),” McDuffie said. “I got to talk to the coaches. They are young and they can teach you on that level.”
McDuffie remains in touch with USC and talked with recruiter GA Mangus a few days ago. “He was telling me I need to get down there and see the campus,” said McDuffie who has never visited USC. “I hope to get down there before the season starts and if not I’ll take an official visits.”
McDuffie has visited Florida and Duke, so thus their positions at the top of his list. He will visit Tennessee July 19th. McDuffie has 17 offers and is expecting one any day from Kentucky but right now he’s focused on his top four.
McDuffie is also a nationally ranked hurdler and triple-jumper. “I’m looking for a program with a great track program,” he said adding the Olympics are a goal of his.
McDuffie knows his top four are filling up and space is becoming limited but he believes all four want him and will make room. He does not have a decision date but said it probably would come during his season. He does want to visit USC before deciding.
