Former Clemson running back and current Buffalo Bill CJ Spiller was in attendance for the Tiger basketball team’s opening round defeat of Georgia State last night at Littlejohn Coliseum in the upstate.
Following the game Phil Kornblut caught up with Spiller to catch up with one of the school’s biggest ambassadors.
Spiller told Korn how last night’s game coincided with his schedule, enabling him to return to his alma mater for the NIT opener. He also talked about how his career is going professionally, how he likes the city of Buffalo and where he stands contractually with the Bills.
Spiller also brought the in-state rivalry he was a part of for four years at Clemson on his own and provided his thoughts on the current losing streak to USC, and where he thinks the Clemson program is headed in the near future.
