The Clemson basketball team shot out of the gate in ACC play, winning three of their first four games, including a 72-59 victory over Duke. Tuesday they traveled to Pitt to face the Panthers for the first time as a conference opponent and were hammered 76-43, however, and are looking to bounce back from the blowout loss.
If history is any indicator, thinks won’t be any easier Sunday when the Tigers travel to the Dean Dome to try to return to their winning ways in the ACC.
Clemson has never beaten the Tar Heels at their place in their history, a span of more than 50 games.
Earlier Friday Tiger Head Coach Brad Brownell held a press conference to preview the matchup with the Heels.
The Tigers and Tar Heels will tip things off Sunday at 6:00 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
