Clemson plays its ACC home opener Thursday night against Florida State seeking to start 2-0 in league play. The Tigers won at Boston College last Saturday to improve to 10-3 overall.
Florida State dropped its league opener to Virginia 62-50 and is 9-4 overall.
The teams have played one common opponent this season…Clemson lost to UMass while the Seminoles handed the Minutemen their lone loss of the season.
Florida State defeated Clemson three times last season, home and away and in the ACC Tournament. Clemson’s last win over the Seminoles was in 2012 at Littlejohn Coliseum.
The game will tip off at 7:00 PM and will be televised by the ACC regional sports network.
