Saturday USC and Clemson will renew their bitter rivalry in Columbia at Williams-Brice Stadium at 7:00.
While both teams are laden with record-setting quarterbacks in Tajh Boyd and Connor Shaw, as well as potential first round draft picks with the likes of Sammy Watkins and Jadeveon Clowney, the trenches, in general, have had as much to do with the outcome of recent contests as much as anything else.
Clemson comes into this year’s battle with an elite pass rusher of their own, the nation’s 10th leading sack artist, defensive end Vic Beasely. Tackle Grady Jarrett has had an impressive season as well.

Gamecock defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles has already announced that he’ll be turning pro following the 2013 campaign, forgoing his senior season. He previewed his final matchup with Clemson today as well.
