If the college football regular season were over, Clemson would play Alabama in the national championship game in the Rose Bowl in January. That’s according to the BCS projections by Jerry Palms released Monday Morning.
The Tigers moved up to #2 barely ahead of Stanford for that coveted spot. The breakdown of the projected voting shows Clemson getting the position because of the human polling. The computers show a lean towards Stanford. In fact, two of the computer tabulations have the Cardinal ranked #1.
