Clemson stays hot on offense scoring a touchdown for a third straight possession. The Tigers drive it 70 yards in 9 plays. Tajh Boyd hit Martavis Bryant for 33 yards, and the Tigers were aided by a pass interference call deep in FSU territory. Boyd capped the drive with a 12 yard touchdown pass to Dwayne Allen. With 11:31 left in the half, Clemson leads 21-10.
The Tigers had a golden opportunity to add to the lead after Quandon Christian intercepted a Clint Trickett pass and set up the Tigers at the FSU 20. But Clemson had to settle for a field goal attempt and Chandler Cantanzaro was wide left from 35 yards out.
