Former Clemson star Trevor Booker was shut down for the remainder of his rookie season with the Washington Wizards Wednesday with a foot injury.
Booker was the #23 overall pick in the 2010 NBA draft to the Minnesota Timberwolves, but was traded to the Washington Wizards. He appeared in 65 games for the Wizards while starting 14, averaging 5.3 points and 3.9 boards per game. Booker shot 54.9% from the field and was second on the team with 42 blocked shots.
Trevor Booker finished his Clemson career ranked 4th in scoring with 1,725 points, 3rd in rebounding with 1,060, and 4th in blocked shots with 249. He was also selected to the All-ACC Defensive Team twice and never missed a start during his 134 game career with the Tigers.
