For the second time this season, Duke clamped down on Clemson defensively and totally took the Tigers out of their offense in a 60-47 win over the Tigers Saturday night at Littlejohn Coliseum.

The Tigers and their fans pumped themselves up for this game all day with the ESPN Gameday Crew on hand. But the Blue Devils jumped out quickly in the second half to open a comfortable lead, and their defense kept the Tigers off balance over the final 20 minutes.
Trevor Booker led the Tigers with 22 points but got little help from his teammates. Demontez Stitt was the only other Tiger to score in double figures with 10 points. Duke got all of its points from its starter. Nolan Smith led the Blue Devils with 22 points.
The Tigers have dropped two straight ACC games and fall to sixth place in the league with a 3-3 mark. They are 15-5 overall. The Tigers face a quick turn around. They play at Boston College Tuesday night. Duke improves to 4-2 in the league and 16-3 overall.
