The USC basketball team opened its 2009-10 campaign with a convincing 88-50 win over Alabama A&M at the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia. Four different Gamecocks scored in double figures. Carolina coach Darrin Horn cleared his bench and couldn’t have asked for a better start to his season.
