STRecruiting: Clemson addresses special teams need for 2026 class with long snapper Jackson Reach

Jackson Reach

Clemson has their guy to zip the football to holders and punters in the future. Long snapper Jackson Reach (6-2 215) of Manhattan Beach, CA announced a commitment to the Tigers on Saturday morning. He was offered by Clemson earlier in the week.

Reach is the 2nd ranked long snapper in the country as a result of his work with Rubio Long Snapping. Here’s their review:

“Jackson Reach was lights out at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Lewiston, Idaho on July 8-10, 2025. Reach earned a TOP 12 spot and a coveted Polynesian Bowl selection, and it was well deserved. He’s got a strong, athletic frame and brings elite movement to the position—no surprise coming from someone who was basically a pro surfer. Jackson handles pressure like a veteran and snaps like a machine, consistently hovering under .75 with every rep. He crushed it across the board in all athleticism testing and brought a tremendous attitude throughout the camp. I can’t say enough good things about Reach—on and off the field, he’s the real deal.

Reach, who also plays linebacker, also had offers from Boise State, Army, Air Force, Navy and Western Kentucky. He is the 22nd commitment for Clemson’s 2026 class.
