Dabo Swinney is on the cusp of making history at Clemson. The head coach of the Tigers currently has 164 career wins and can tie legendary Clemson coach Frank Howard with a win this weekend.

As the milestone nears, Swinney met with the media on Wednesday night to recap practice and preview Saturday’s Homecoming date with Wake Forest. Swinney said there’s nothing new to report on the injury situation with wide receiver Antonio Williams and cornerback Nate Wiggins. Adding that, they are day-to-day with their injuries after missing last Saturday’s win at Syracuse.

Swinney also commented on the NCAA rule changes regarding the transfer portal and how much his team has improved since an opening-game loss at Duke.
