AP voters punish #Clemson for loss to Duke

Clemson remains a top 25 team in the AP ranking following their loss to Duke Monday night, but just barely. The Tigers, who were ninth in the pre-season poll, are #25 this week. Their highest ranking by a voter was 14th, and 33 of the voters left the Tigers out of the top 25 altogether. The last time Clemson was not ranked in an AP poll was in 2021.

Georgia remains #1 in the ranking receiving 58 of the 63 first place votes. Michigan is second followed by Alabama, Florida State and Ohio State. The rest of the top ten are Southern Cal, Penn State, Washington, Tennessee and Notre Dame.
