Clemson last week offered 2024 OT Daniel Akinkunmi of London. He told us recently Clemson will be one of his official visits this fall. He has visited Baylor and is scheduled for Oklahoma this weekend. He also has in his top 10 Georgia Tech, Boston College, Minnesota, Duke, Ole Miss, Marshall, Arkansas and Washington State.
Clemson target DT Eddrick Houston of Buford, GA last week committed to Ohio State.
2025 TE Ryan Ghea of Alpharetta, GA, who is drawing Clemson interest, was at Vanderbilt Saturday night.
Former USC safety recruit Cameron Upshaw recorded six tackles and a pick in his first game at Garden City JC, KS last week. He currently is holding to his plans to return to the USC program in January, though he said he’s not heard from them in a while. He’s also open to other options.
Per his dad, 2025 USC target QB Ryan Montgomery plans to be in Charlotte Saturday for the USC-North Carolina game. He’s also coming to the Florida game in Columbia this season, and he plans to take in a game at Florida.
2025 DE CJ May of Highland Home, AL, who has USC and Clemson on his short list, visited Vanderbilt last Saturday for their season opener.

USC target 6-7 Noah Trent of Harlan, KY made an official visit to Dayton last week. Coming up he has official visits set with Western Kentucky September 8th, Butler September 20th, USC September 22nd and Saint Louis September 28th. Trent has also taken official visits to Seton Hall, Loyola of Chicago and Richmond.
USC is in the top six with 6-4 Bishop Boswell of Charlotte. The others are Georgia, Wake Forest, Xavier, Tennessee and Missouri.

Clemson target 6-4 Austin Swartz made his official visit to Miami last weekend. He is going to Georgia this weekend, Florida State September 8th, Indiana September 18th, Connecticut September 22nd and Virginia Tech September 29th. He has taken official visits to Clemson and Tennessee.
