Clemson was the pre-season choice of the voting media to win the ACC Football Championship this season, so it’s no surprise the Tigers placed the most players on the Pre-Season All-ACC Team. Five Tigers occupying seven positions were voted onto the squad. Florida State was next with four selections followed by North Carolina with three.
North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye was voted the Pre-Season ACC Player of the Year. Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis was second in the voting and Clemson running back Will Shipley finished third.
