Clemson added another commitment to its 2024 class on Friday as Palm Bay, FL DE Adam Kissayi (6-7 230) revealed on Twitter his decision to join the Tigers. Kissayi committed to Minnesota last month but announced a decommitment shortly after receiving an offer from Clemson on Thursday.
Clemson coaches observed Kissayi in camp in June and head coach Dabo Swinney made the call to him Thursday night with the offer. He also took official visits to Minnesota and Rutgers in June. He also visited Florida and Florida State earlier in the year.
He is the 15th pledge in Clemson’s 2024 class, the second at defensive end. He chose the Tigers from a group that included Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, Temple and Nebraska.
Last season, Kissayi recorded 13 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks for Heritage High School.
